Download the E-Express mobile app on your phone. Available on Play Market and AppStore.

To register, enter your phone number. To confirm the number, You will receive an SMS with a verification code, enter it.

Before registering, select the Driver mode.

Enter your data, upload a photo: personal photo (selfie), photo of the car in front (so that the state number was visible), photo of the car from the side. Also, You need to fill in the auto data: model, color, number, year of issue.

You will be given a tape of orders. In the first place, the closest GPS-geolocation applications will be shown to Passengers. You can choose any order from the list! Click on it and the app will open the expanded order details. In agreement with all the details the application will suggest the time you will have enough to get to the Passenger.

When You come to the Passenger, click on the button "Arrived" in the application, a message will be sent to the Passenger that the car has been arrived.

Keep your status "Active" in order to receive new orders.

On the tab "My Orders", You can see your completed orders.

If you want to offer a long-distance trip - open the side menu of the application and use the section"Intercity".

 

Regulations using for drivers

Getting Started

In order to switch to the Driver's mode, it is necessary to click on the button in the app in the menu "Go to the driver's mode" and perform some simple steps:

1. Provide information about the vehicle, including the make, model, color and vehicle registration number.

2. Upload a photocopy of documents (driver's license and vehicle registration certificate) and a photo of a car where the registration number is clearly visible.

3. In order to accept all types of orders, it is recommended to connect a bank card in the Card section.

After confirming the data by the Administration, you can accept the order by activating "Active" mode.

The driver is obliged

  • have a surrender and a lot of big bills.
  • present the car as close as possible to the passenger landing / disembarkation.
  • be polite. The Driver is for the Passenger a service provider. Keep a friendly attitude towards each Passenger.
  • to compulsorily greet the Passenger.
  • if the children go to the Passenger, install a baby chair.
  • help the Passenger to load luggage in a car.
  • when detecting things left by the Passenger in the car interior, return them to the owner. If this is not possible, leave things at the nearest police station and inform the administration of the service.
  • carefully read the application before making an order.
  • to correctly indicate in the account the make / model / number / color of your car (make changes in time).
  • the Driver is obliged to refuse to service the Passengers if the number of theirs exceeds the vehicle's technical characteristics or there is no necessary number of child restraints.
  • know addresses, areas and city streets.

Drivers prohibited from:

  • take orders if there is someone in the car other than the driver.
  • take other orders (or pick from the road) before the end of the execution of the current order (exception - long distance orders).
  • to smoke in the cabin during the execution of the order.
  • increase the trip price after confirmation of the order, due to traffic congestion or for any other reason.
  • use the order form for communicating and posting ads that are not related to passenger /  long distance travel.
  • register in the service using other people's data, documents and information, including transferring your account to third parties and / or providing your data to third parties for the purpose of registration in the service.
  • take orders if Your car is in faulty technical condition.
  • take orders if You are in a state of alcoholic sleepiness.
  • take orders if You are ill or feel bad.
