To register, enter your phone number. To confirm the number, You will receive an SMS with a verification code, enter it.

To order a car, You need to fill in the "From" - "To" fields, offer a price, and choose a payment method. In «Wish» You can specify additional information which will help You to pick up a car.

By clicking on "Wishes for an order", You can choose: minibus, tug, delivery, there is also an opportunity to order charging of your car accumulator.

By clicking on the "Order" button, the application will start searching for Drivers who are ready to take You on this route at the specified price.

When the Driver accepts the order, the app will notify You of this. In the "Order" window You can watch in real time, as the ordered car moves to You and how much time is left before the arrival.

As soon as the car comes to You, the app will notify You about it. Do not forget to click on the "Come out" button.

At the end of the trip, do not forget to rate it because each rating affects the Driver's rating!

Terms of use for the passenger

1. If You do not have time before the end of this time, then you will have to pay the Driver for waiting.

2. If You change your mind, immediately call the Driver and cancel the order.

3. It is prohibited to post any messages except orders.

4. If You need a car with a children's armchair, several people go, or there is a general luggage, specify it in wishes regarding the order.

5. If You need to arrive at other addresses before arriving at the final address, please advise the Driver before the trip begins.The cost of the trip can be changed, the amount of additional payment is discussed with the Driver.

6. If You decide to change the destination address to a different one than the one You specified in the order, cancel the order and send a new one, or immediately call the Driver and notify the new destination address.The cost of the trip can be changed, the amount of additional payment is discussed with the Driver.

7. If You have a conflict situation, contact the support site.

8. If You have forgotten the phone, documents or things in the car, please contact technical support, or via the feedback form  in the mobile app's side menu. Get ready to call the time and route of the trip, as well as, if possible, the car brand, color and state number.
